It is sometimes a very, very long wait to get in but he was the only Dr. that would see me and that took my insurance plan after2yrs of looking for someone. (having a "dual diagnosis" are 2words that every Dr. runs from I guess). I know that the front staff have a "bad reputation", but they are like anyone else that has to deal with millions of people all day long. I've seen people take everything out on them MANY times before that they have no control over, but when you can't yell at your Dr. they're the next best thing i guess. He has a system that I didn't think I liked in the beginning, but then i realize he isn't my "psychologist" +/or "therapist", he's only there to talk with me about what meds i need, which work, which don't work, and all that type of stuff. I have seen on here that he's a "legal drugdealer"(LOL!) Ohh that is so not true at all! He gives drug tests on every apt and you can't just go in and ask for something you want. I just found that to be the dumbest thing

Waited 45min when there for an eval for my daughter. Was abrupt, dictating his notes while I spoke, never letting more than a few words flow at a time. Gave a very serious diagnosis and prescribed medication without any plan for follow up. Turns out the diagnosis shouldn't be given for children under 6 (my child is 3). Didn't give advise for age appropriate therapy, etc... said meds would "calm her down" unbelievable- can't believe he is a practicing MD. Stay FAR away.

I have been with this practice for over 14 years and am very satisfied. When I have had a crisis in the middle of the night Dr. Reimherr usually answers the emergency cell phone himself. The he asks me to come in the office when it opens in the morning. He also counsels me for as long as I need it. Of course that makes appointments late. He also accepts all insurance.

Avoid this place at all cause. After we moved to a different practice, we requested the paper to be transferred, they asked for fee, but never send to my new doctor. I returned and asked why they did not send the history document that I requested? They replied “We did sent it. Nothing else we can do for you.” I asked for proof sending proof, they said they don’t have one and get really mad and being rude.

The RUDEST laziest front office staff I've ever dealt with! Especially one in particular, must still feel oppressed. NEVER seen at your appointment time, at least an hour wait. Once you finally get in to see him he spends a total of 5 minutes with you. I'm looking for another practice!
