Finally, a Dr. who Listens!!
Outstanding! I've seen Dr. Rescigno twice now. He is open, actually listens to what I have to say. Prompts me with questions based on my comments so he gets the full picture. He's so pleasant to deal with, we chatted about TV, different places we've been, things we've seen while he was doing a nerve test. He is awesome! Explains everything, makes sure I understand, makes sure I don't have any questions....best Dr. I've been to in a LONG time!

Wonderful Doctor but…
Dr. Rescigno is by far the best neuro I’ve had. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions, taking the time to explain in as much (or as little) detail I want. My only complaint is with the front office. It’s impossible to reach a human. Whenever I call, I’m instructed to leave a voicemail for reception or for the nurses. No one actually answers the phone! The nurses are extremely helpful when I finally talk with them, but I don’t understand why the receptionists don’t answer the phone.

He really listens and cares.
I was so relieved after my first appointment with Dr. Rescigno, I felt I finally found some one who could help me. I've been to alot of Dr.s in the past ten years and felt like there was no help until I met Dr. Rescigno, he said he would get to the bottom of my medical issue at my first appointment. He has not given up on me. That alone helps me feel like someone cares. Thanks Dr. Rescigno, you're the best.

He listens
I moved after seeing Dr Rescigno for years. He was always positive, kind, informative and knowledgeable. I have been looking now, for 3 years to replace him and have not found anyone that has his skill.

Dr. Rescigno is my 6th Neuro after 10+ years
My first visit to Derry Neurological Associates was in 2015 and I was very pleased with my visit. After 6 years and 5 different Neurologists I had found the one that I felt treated like a person instead of a number. My experience with them hasn't changed at all through out the years and I feel like I have gotten the best care I could receive.

I was referred to Dr. Rescigno after talking to my family doctor about "Epileptic Migraines" I was diagnosed with as a young child. Dr. Rescigno gave me time to talk about my concern and asked the correct questions which made me realize the headaches were more a concern than the diagnosis. He helped me through a change of meds and I can say with confidence I am sleeping better, not teeth grinding as much and my "headaches" are almost non-existent. Thank you Dr. Rescigno for your time, patience and knowledge.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would after today’s experience. Extremely poor and unprofessional staff in reception. Denied my visit after calling to inform stuck in traffic and would be less than 10 minutes late. I was told I had a 10 minute window, when I arrived at 9 minutes the receptionist refused me. I requested a call back from provider, never happened. They also scheduled me a week earlier and when I came to appointment they stated that they did not have me in the schedule. Would not recommend due to poor communication with staff and never getting a call back from provider. I have been established with this office in the past, but now searching for a new provider due to such a poor experience.

I relocated to the Derry area in 2012 from out of state and needed to find a neurologist for a lifelong condition. Having seen various neurologists since I was 10 (I'm in my late 30's now). I can honestly say that Dr. Rescigno is the best neurologist I have ever seen. I recently moved and will continue to be a patient of his even with a 40 minute drive.
