Dr Richardson, Christie and Kyle are patient, kind, attentive and caring. They are always willing to find ways for me to have the best health possible. My prescriptions are always sent to my pharmacy within a few minutes after my visit. The nurses and office staff are caring and efficient.

Covid Meds
Dr Richardsons’ PA fit me in on a Friday morning after testing positive for Covid at home. He said he called in my prescriptions but there was a mess up. They called me two minutes before they closed for the day, said it was sent. This is now Monday evening at 11 and I still have no medicine. Called them Monday morning and left a message but never was called back. It’s not like it was some rash cream. It’s medicine to possibly keep me out of hospital and alive. They know I have Stage IV prostate cancer. They put on a helpful and caring front. But that’s all it is, a front!

Been going to Dr.. Richardson for 17 years. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sees patients on time and listens to their needs. It helps that most lab work can be done in their office.

My experience being a patient of Dr. John Richardson is that he is a caringand studious doctor, listens to this patient, and orders all of the lab work that can be accomplished in his office, or orders imaging, sonograms, CTs, or MRIs at Wise Baylor Health Hospital.

Staff is unable to do even the most basic things like taking a non-automated blood pressure or doing a basic 12 Lead EKG. My family has been seeing this Dr for many years , but after several instances of not erring on the side of the patient, attitude from contract nurses, and quite frankly not understanding how to do the most elementary clinic procedures, we are looking elsewhere. And don’t even think about getting a courtesy call back or any respect from the billing department if needed.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Richardson. He may not be the absolute best in bedside manner, but he comes highly recommended by nurses and staff at the hospital and he always spends time asking questions to get to the bottom of my issues. I do wish wait times were shorter.

I called early on a Monday morning with an emergency. Leeann was understanding of the situation and explained that I had to be worked in - prepare for wait. Deanna was friendly and showed concern. Kim and Christy were helpful. Dr. Richardson quickly assessed the problem and explained what had happened. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Richardson and his staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Richardson was rude to my accompanying care giver. His bedside manner is cold and detached. I do not feel there was proper follow-up following a prescription of new medicine. I no longer have confidence in him.

Patients should not be expected to wait 65 minutes for a follow-up appointment when there had not been an emergency for the doctor to tend to. Appointment was at 10. Office opens at 8!
