Dr. John Sabatini, DO

I am appalled! I recently needed to reschedule a well visit due to a death in my family. After being on hold for 30 minutes, a rude receptionist told me I would receive a call back despite being on hold all of that time. I instead was left a voicemail stating I was being discharged from the practice. She ended the voicemail with “We wish you luck”! What has happened to healthcare?! After 15 years of entrusting my care to Dr Sabatini and his staff, I have experienced the lack of compassion and empathy and now it seems patients are just on a conveyor belt. Would not recommend and if zero stars were an option I would select zero

I have been a patient of Doc Sab for many years. His office staff has always, without fail, been courteous, efficient and compassionate. Doc spends as much time as needed with his patients & he is an exceptional diagnostician. He really LISTENS & is very thorough in investigating, diagnosing & treating his patients.

The staff was so rude to me and purposefully hung up on me repeatedly and wouldn't answer my calls as they could see my number on caller id. I used my boyfriends phone to call and they answered and when I said who I was, the girl literally hung up on me!! She was rude and disrespectful and even when I told her I had not received any messages from them and they must be mistaken, she told me I was at fault and could not come back to see Dr. S again. Greedy Dr.-he doesnt care about ur health!!!!

Dr. Sabatini dropped me from his practice because of a $65.** past due bill that his staff sent to my previous address even though I had been in his office for a visit after the payment was due. I updated my information to be current and I was never asked for a payment at that last appointment. Also, I didn't even know that I had been dropped from the practice until I finally called to see why he wasn't refilling my blood pressure Rx. I could have died and all he wanted was his $65.**!!!!!!

I was discharged because I missed a bloodwork appt. Go figure. I don't think it was about the missed appt, it was due to getting bills in the mail which my insurance told me that i should not of received a bill. I asked my insurance agent to contact the office and inform them of this situation. After, the incident i was told the doctor no longer wanted to see me.

I would avoid this medical practice at all cost. When I first visited Dr. John Sabatini's family practice 5 years ago I was very impressed with the level of care that I received. He really seem interested in my HEALTH and he took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or used for profits. It appears as though the practice has grown over the years as they've moved into a larger more beautiful space, utilize more technically, and have more staff. They also have a T

I've been w Dr San for 30 yrs since he started and watched him turn gray. Still love him, however I've had it with office staff and it is so frustrating that they don't answer their phone. Phone msg is misleading. They are not helping others they are actually Closed! Had issues w refills. Don't tell a patient the Rx went thru on your end and leave it that way. If I say to you the pharmacy did NOT received- then YOU need to reSend! Need more phone staff! Hard to get thru. A+ for Alicia.

We have been going for almost 10yrs and I never had an emergency, until today. He was busy and couldn't find an opening to see my 12-yr daughter today. Stay away from this office, it has gotten worse, since he expanded his practice.

Always thorough, caring, knowledgeable & listens to concerns. Staff (girls) are caring & compassionate & also give quality time when needed. They do what they can to accommodate my schedule when able.
