Flee get another Dr.
I waited for Sacha for one hour and fifteen minutes and when he arrived I received no apology. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and most of that time he told me how great Donald Trump is and that all of us are going to be safe and rich. He’s tired of liberals. Then he told me he loved Elon Musk. I told him I was a professor of political science (PhD) for 30years and differed with him. He then responded with that he was a political activist and knew about political economy. I left and sought out another Dr. who is professional, timely and takes his Hippocratic Oath seriously. Talking about politics instead of me and my medical issues is NOT professional behavior. I too wished I had read his 1.8 reviews. I don’t care and I don’t need to know about your politics. And doctors don’t need to know mine either.

Dr Sacha is an awful human who obviously doesn't value his hippocratic oath (as proven by all his negative reviews) He needs to have his medical license revoked. Dr Sacha, I'm not going to just crawl under a rock and hide after what you did. I'm going to make sure to share my story on every platform I can. You don't deserve to be a Dr and you should be ashamed of yourself. I wonder if you know what the professionals around you are constantly apologizing for your inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.

Wish they had zero Stars.
I should have read his previous reviews before I considered his care. There are many that feel the same way as me with similar experiences. I complained about pain in my wrist for over a year. I would show him the swelling on my wrist and he would turn to my thumb. Finally I convinced him to do an MRI and there was an 8+ cm ganglion cyst wrapped around my radial artery that was causing most of my pain and it was protruding on my wrist. I could not even wear my thumb/wrist Splint as it pressed on the cyst so I had no relief for CMC joint which has severe osteoarthritis. When I asked him about the cyst being filled with fluid he ignored my question and rushed out. I sent him several letters and he did not respond and I have proof they were received. I followed up with the surgeon that did my carpal tunnel surgery 10 years ago and he immediately said my goodness that has to come out and it has. Go somewhere else he did not conduct himself with me as a person in a position of trust.

I am doing this review as I am sitting here in my car at 3:00 for my sisters procedure at 1:00 and once again he has not even shown up. She had to be here at 12:00 so almost 3 hours later he is still a no show. To make patients that are already in pain sit in pre-op for hours is a crime and he should be reported to the medical board.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I have never met a physical with so little regard to a patients well being. His incompetence began with himself and was also reflected by his office staff. My insurance approval was botched by both the staff at his former clinic and his new clinic. I arrived at a surgical center for a procedure to be completed by this 'DR' only to learn that his staff had not sent over my information for the procedure. I was not able to check in for my procedures until all paperwork was in place. This resulted in a 3 hour delay of my 5 minutes procedure. His office also neglected to forward the surgery information for every patient he saw that day putting the surgery center hours behind on all procedures. This delay impacted not only his patients, but the patients of all other doctors performing procedures at this facility on this day. When I contacted his office to see what the hold up was, I was berated by his staff. Worst medical experience ever!

Office doesn't return phone calls. They rush you through visits and procedures like cattle. Dr. Sacha is arrogant and condescending. I had a Lumbar steroid injection and he injected the wrong joints, and didn't inject the painful joints. I was worse than before my injections and could barely walk. Then when I tried to get an appointment to be seen, they didn't return my calls. I had to go to a different doctor to fix what he did ! I understand why he gets less than 2 stars! They did not seem concerned that I was worse, once I finally got through to them. I may now have permanent nerve damage.

This doctor will accuse you of being a drug seeker. Don't go to him if you want actual medical help without being accused of being an addict! This man refused me medical care because I take pain medication. He called me a drug seeker, even though I was not at his office for medication! Only for an injection procedure! Horrific doctors, and his reviews don't lie! Believe all these negative reviews!

Dr Sacha is the best there is in pain management. His knowledge and experience speak for itself. Living with pain is a horrible event and Dr Sacha has all the answers. Being told the truth is not arrogant it’s the real road ahead. Be patient and you will see the results. James Rael

Run while you still can! Completely arrogant, smug, unprofessional. This "doctor" showed up an hour late to my procedure with zero remorse or even a simple sorry. He then proceeded to stab my nerve when completing my steroid injections. My pain was 100x worse after seeing him with new pain I had never had before. His answer, "well, sometimes some patients just get worse before they get better." Well maybe you should give me your med-mal insurance carrier and policy number and we'll let them decide. Do not go to see this man.

I visited Dr. Sacha today at Belmar Surgical Center for a two level steroid epidural injection in my cervical spine. The office was hot, smelled like smoke from the patients in the room and it was packed, however every single person from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to Dr. Sasha, were professional, friendly, and informative. I was nervous about my procedure but Dr. Sasha and his team answered all of my questions, listened well and eased my anxiety. Success!

I felt like nothing but money bags to him. He didn't care about my care he was more worried about what procedures could be performed and how much more money he would get from them. I requested office visits and didn't get them. I explained my meds weren't working and no alternative was offered. All he wanted to do was surgery. And After the the surgery I was in immense pain and literally told to suck it up. VERY DISSATISFIED, would NEVER recommend

Whatever you do, do not trust this scam artist! He will treat you like he actually cares about your workman's comp case and then use everything and anything he can to discredit you. I had several outside spine surgeons tell me I was not OK and I should be receiving further care. I even had to finally have a lumbar spinal fusion outside the system. This person should never be trusted. He tells you one thing like he's on your side then he'll call you a lair. Record and doc everything!!!

RUN & if you can take a jet out of there, do so. If you care about you health, stay as far away as possible. Read the reviews........and get as much information on this guy as possible. He is truly full of it and will be happy to take your insurance company's money. I would love to see if this so called dr. has any real credentials... What a joke when you see a dr. come in looking like he just woke up or not. I would wait for a real doctor.........
