Dr. Schutte is an excellent doctor! He did my reconstructive knee surgery in 1991, and my Knee replacement surgery in 2021. He is very good at what he does, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, but him!

This has been my second hip replacement by Dr Schutte my experience with him has been nothing but excellent superb doctor before and after surgery. I’ve always felt like he’s put me first has given me options I was best for me! love you Dr Schutte??

I had a total knee replacement done in July 2020. I developed severe arthrofibrosis. I have only 85 degrees of bend and pain and swelling. Dr. Schutte has been indifferent to my complaints. I consulted with another surgeon and will need an arthroscopic surgery as well as nerve ablation to correct my issues. Dr. Schutte may be technically a good surgeon but he is an awful advocate for his patients.

My surgery on August 24th was my 1st performed by Dr. Schutte. I’m so grateful Dr. Schutte chose to perform My total hip replacement. De. Schutte’s knowledge, experience and compassion far exceed any Orthopedic Physician that has performed a surgery on me or any family member. I recommend Dr. Schutte as on the top Orthopedic Physicians in our area and state.

I had a friend call me this morning inquiring about my surgery. She and husband has friends with knee problems and they wanted to know my surgeon. I informed her of Lafayette General Orthopaedic Hospital. Told her that my surgeon was Dr. Schutte and I highly recommend him. I have spoke to many about the nice hospital and the great care that was given to me. Explained to them about the Mako Robotic Arm Assisted technology. Many were fascinated. I really like the location.

This doctor will give you very little med to manage your pain and spasms. And that's a shame. Although he is the best at what he does, his patient's would have better results with better pain management. It's ridiculous not to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schutte for a long time. He has always had my best interest at hand. He never pushed to do surgery. He tried everything possible before suggesting surgery.He has a great bedside manner also.
