Dr Shutack did both my neck &my back surgeries and I was extremely pleased with his services both Dr speaking and personality as well .he is an extremely caring dr.and top notch when it cones to surgery. I woukd really like to know where he has gone too as he is no longer at the office he once practiced from in Chesapeake as I am once again feeling extreme pain in my back as I was told the part of me that wasn't bad back when I had my prior surgeries may eventually give me trouble in the future .

Dr Shutack did neck surgery on me. He was the kindest most knowledgeable surgeon I had seen. He is conservative not jumping to the knife which I appreciate. I am about to go to him again for back issues and expect that I will get the same help. He’s the best!!

I started seeing Dr Shutack in 2015 for back which I had broken a bone the previous year. He was very understanding about my pain and concerns and scheduled an MRI after those he was concerned about something he saw and scheduled a different view and found an issue I had no idea was there. He is easy to talk to and his whole staff are the same, understanding and listen to your concerns.

I was involved with a car accident April of 2018. This doctor was the first neurologist I had seen in may 2018 after the accident. I am previous disabled veteran with previous spinal surgery. The accident damaged that area that was previously fused. I had hoped this doctor would have fixed my issues, instead he recommends test after test and my last day seeing him he said there was to much going on for him and pawned me off to someone else. Later I had surgery with a different neurologist.

I myself started seeing Dr. Shutack, later my husband started seeing him, ended up having to have surgery . He is the most pleasant, professional, down to earth person we could ask for. I would recommend him to everyone. He as well as his staff is very professional and willing to assist you in any way possible. I would rate this Dr. a 10 out of 1, it being the best.
