Experience was great. He made you feel comfortable and explained what was going to be done. Haven’t had the bandages off yet, so don’t know what it will look like when they come off (hopefully acceptable). Staff and doctor were very friendly!

He is ok. But the practice is really only interested in selling you on cosmetic procedures. Super hard to get an appointment for skin check.

The Dr. has done two surgical procedures on my face to remove cancer and in both cases after digging out the cancer his stitching procedure has left with no scaring. Dr. is very polite and willing to give you details as to what he is doing.

The procedure itself was not so fun, but the care I received from everyone that worked with me was exceptional! So much kindness and caring! Dr. Siebenlist did an amazing job and as soon as I took off my bandage at home and saw the sutures, I knew it was going be fine. So precise and perfect!

I want to mention the exceptional customer service I had a check out when I couldn’t come back in a week in the afternoon, the associate thought out of the box and got me in before 8 in the morning to get the stitches out. That’s exceptional customer service! I really appreciate it. Also the whole experience of diagnosis to surgery was excellent and I appreciate the professionalism as well as compassion of the staff. Well done!!!

On the Mohs days, I suggest you provide an opportunity between the sampling and test results to allow patients to leave their cell phone numbers to be called for the next phase.

Even though the procedure took longer than expected, I was glad that it was done in steps, and am now rid of the cancer with as little tissue removed as possible. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Thank you all.
