If you have a tough 24/7 case of Afib, Dr. Sirak's 5 Box Maze procedure should be your top choice. It's the most thorough minimally invasive maze surgery available. Dr. Sirak developed it and has perfected it. I looked at many options to cure my long standing, persistent Afib, and this was the surgery I chose. I made the trip to Lima, Ohio just to put my heart and health in Dr. Sirak's hands. Was it worth it? I'm now Afib free, sinus rhythm and no medicines! Highly recommend Dr John Sirak for fixing your Afib.

Bad— my dad was pushed into open heart surgery at a hospital dr sirak isn’t even listed as a surgeon at! He told my Dad he would feel like a new man… and My dad now can’t even stand and has had nothing but complications since then! Would NOT recommend him doing surgery.

I had the Five Box Thorascopic Maze Procedure done by Dr Sirak in February 2015 and it has completely stopped my AFib. My recovery time was very short and I have only positive things to say about the operation. Dr Sirak is an exceptional physician and I highly recommend the Five Box Procedure.
