Dr Song is a very condescending man. Treats you like you’re wasting his time and never lets you finish your sentence.

An outstanding surgeon and wonderful human being.
I was diagnosed with cancer of my gum in April of 2021. I was extremely lucky to find Dr. Song in Northside Hospital, where he had just moved to from Colorado. After reviewing my CT scan with me, he decided that I most probably did not need to have all my shoulder nodes to be removed, did not want to keep me in hospital more than two nights, and after surgery, I did not need to be tube fed, on the CONTRARY to what Emory Cancer Team had told me two days before. The surgery went without any problem or complications. During last two years, I have been under his surveillance, and grateful to him for using his insight and experienced judgement instead of "the cancer protocol", keeping my shoulders intact. His bedside manner, discipline, humanity and kindness along with his unmatched surgical skills makes every patient thankful to God for having him as a physician. I am way too late for writing review, but I have been thankful to his treatment every day, will be for the rest of my life.

I will never forget the day my family meet Dr Song ! It was one year ago. He is arrogant , demeaning unsympathetic, rude, and flip! He is all about wealth and not health !!! Doesn't care at all about his patients or their families ! He thinks he is God !He never came to see my dad after he preformed a 13 hour surgery , ! A surgery where he said my dad would live ! Well he didn't and I'm not sure he even knows that but I can assure you , he doesn't care and was paid 900, 000 for failing ! Maybe doctors should be treated like teachers by the success of those under their care ! If you at looking for a surgeon with compassion while you or a loved one are about to embark on a difficult journey , DO NOT go with Dr. Song ! He is too important by his own standards to have time for his patients , cuz he doesn't care about them or the quality of life the will have when he is done butchering them and leaving them to die without as much as a visit or a card or call to our family !
