This doctor only wanted to prescribe my meds and did not want to listen to my symptoms. I ended up going into the ER to find I had to have surgery to have my gallbladder out.

I saw Dr. Spaccarelli for the first time this month. During the visit he was rude and I felt unheard. Every time I would try to ask him a question he would say "this is not a what all is going on with my body session." He sighed often and even rolled his eyes at me a few times. He poked fun at a nurse practitioner that I used to see that is no longer at the office. When I read his after visit note in MyChart it was full if false indormation and assumptions that he had already made about me. I have never felt so disrespected be a physician and will not be returning to him.

I went to Dr. Spaccarelli for a Medicare Wellness examine and while going over the doctors questions I answered the questions and added some info about my health. He bluntly told me this was a Wellness examine and would not answer any questions I had about my conditions that were requiring attention. He was agitated with me because, I kept asking if he would just go over some of the issues after the exam. He told me very bluntly adding an expletive "Jesus Christ" while looking at the computer. He said make another appointment I had enough and told him I was through with his practice. After looking over the wellness exam it does state that it was strictly a wellness exam, but the papers I signed would hold me liable for payment for extra services. He could have shown some compassion since I was just diagnosed with Hemipalegic Migrains and back and hips were hurting me. I needed blood work done for an MRI I was going to have. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Doctor Spaccarelli (graduated from grade school with him) is a pretty thorough physician when it comes to getting history and digging down. I would rate him as a physician who is genuinely concerned about the patient. Pretty stubborn in his allopathic training. Don't think he is much into Naturopathic approaches to medicine. Sticks to 'standard of care' established by the Drug Company Cartel and their control of the accepted standards. He sticks with the protocol governing physicians. He's a good person, as compared to other evals. Everyone has their 'bad' days sometimes. If you are searching for a good allopathic physician, Dr. Spacc would be a good choice in my opinion.

He is simply the best doctor in the world. He is tolerant and helpful with pesky questions and requests. More importantly, I have often gotten the definite impression that he genuinely cares. Also, from my non-medical opinion, he is quite convincing as the medical expert that I wish my doctor to be.

For awhile I found Dr. Spaccarelli likeable and a good listener. However more recently he has been difficult to work with. On a visit today he seemed moody and was rude and actually appeared to be throwing a tantrum in the examining room, throwing furniture around. We did not get answers and our opinion about what was going on was in no way respected. Maybe it is time for him to retire.
