Outstanding
I’ve never had a more patient and understanding (not to mention comfortingly easy going) doctor see me. As a teen who struggles with anxiety around medical things especially, I can say in full confidence that Dr. Speck has left a special impact on my experiences and given me a new hopefulness for the patience of doctors out there, partly erasing some of the lingering effects of other professionals who have made me feel rushed or unimportant.

Absolutely the best
Having received the run-around for 2 months from several doctor's in the Shannon Health System I went to Concho Valley ER. Dr. Speck was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. In a short time he knew what my issue was and immediately began discussing what needed to be done. It was a Sunday and he managed to get an appointment with a Cardiologist the following day. I have not witnessed that care and dedication from any other doctor I have had any interaction with in San Angelo.

Dr. Speck is very caring about his patients. He explains everything so you can actually understand what everything means. He is very adamant about you understanding and he will continue to explain until you do understand. This is an amazing trait in a doctor. Also, his knowledge is incredible. I don't think i have ever come across a doctor i respect more than Dr. Speck. I truly wish after my Workmans Comp case was over that i could continue to see him as my family doctor.
