I tried to go cold turkey while being on opioids for over 20 years. While a 2 day stay at the VA hospital I was under Dr. Spollen's care, after taking his treatments for opioid withdrawals. Due to a Morphine pain pump implant, lower body for six years. Doctor Spollen's treatment way was to try; Buprenophine /2MG / Naloxon 0.5 mg tab three times a day and Clonidine HCL 0.1 mg tablet at 1 every 6 hrs. With kind regards to; 3 visits and 2 other Doctors with the VA Hospital, Little Rock & N. Little Rock, Ark. Dr. Spollen's way of helping his patients with my withdrawals Has worked. Also I would like to add that his Phicosamatic way has help me now that I have recovered from my morphine opioid withdrawals. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who has or need help for medical treatments. Again, I give an A+ With 5 Stars. Robert Langston Esq.

I was recently treated at our VA in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was admitted for morphine & opioid treatment due to a pain pump implant. Dr. Spollen took over and after his decision to have a VA team to treat me with two (2) meds. For opioid withdrawals, Naloxon, (Buprenophine 2mg 0.5 mg Tab) and Clonidine 0.1 mg Tab. After his treatments and the time to care for a Veteran a the VA Hospital was a one on one treatment that I have never had. Dr. Spollen's bedside manner was great, he was training the other 10 doctors while talking to to me. I have never saw a doctor do that. After taking the medications for six (6) weeks, taping down to one tablet. His treatment plan has worked. I have fully WITHDRAWALS from opioids. Thank you Dr. John Spollen & the staff at VA. I give him a 5 star and an A+ , Outstanding. Robert Langston Esq.
