Lazy
I had broken hardware (screws) that broke inside my foot and poking out. He will accept appointments $$. He said nothing could be done for me.For a year I was depressed and i felt there was no help. My foot could be infected. Imagine if I didn't find a doctor for a year.I found a doctor in Redding that said I was in bad condition and needed immediate surgery to remove the hardware.This is why he gets a 1 star. This is because of how he handled me, how he made me feel and he's terrible on how he addressed my issue.Please find a doctor in Redding or Chico. Don't bother. Beware

Careful
My wife was injured on a routine procedure and Dr. Swaim offered no help when she approached him about her injury. Be very wary of this practice.

I had a piece of glass stuck in my heal for three weeks. A previous Dr thought it was all out but it was still bothering me. The office got me an appointment immediately and Dr Swaim was so gentle. After numbing it he got the glass out and I'm finally able to walk again. Highly recommend.
