I have used Dr Swicegood for over a decade and he has always listened to me and then explained what he could do for me. He has helped me to live a normal life with minimal pain over that time he has been able to control my severe back pain. I was saddened to hear that he was semi retiring I am not sure what I will do when he fully retires. I now live in western Colorado and travel to Fort Smith once or twice a year to see him. I have tried doctors here but they don't have his skill and are unable to treat me effectually. Dr Swicegood has been able to give me relief for up to 6 to 8 months at a time.

My appointment was absolutely perfect! Dr. Swicegood and staff went above and beyond for my situation. Immediately made me feel welcomed and so considerate of how I was feeling. It has been over a year that I have had these neck problems and to finally feel relief and mobile is unexplainable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have lived with chronic neck pain for nearly 50 years. Dr. Swicegood is a very caring, compassionate, Christian Doctor. He helped alleviate my pain more than any other Dr. I've ever been to without pain medication. As far as I'm concerned, he is the VERY BEST!!!

Dr. Swicegood has relieved my pain many years. I have always received courteous treatment from him and his staff. He is compassionate and concerned. He makes time for me if I need help in between treatments. If not for his care, I would not be as active as I am. The staff are just as courteous and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and shares information and advice.

If only there were more doctors like him & his staff he is so compassionate and talented with injections he is not a pill pusher he tries to educate patients in alternative measures to regain function and quality of life and on addiction he is amazing he has told me with injections corrective surgery physical therapy and not giving up I can get back to quality of life and how a life of just being on pills would be a trade off I will do all of the work to get there because he showed me I could

The insurance lady, Ricky, is absolutely terrible at her job. Never answers her phone, multiple messages left without returned phone calls. When you finally get ahold of her through the front desk she will say she was "just about to call you". Took over 2 weeks to do her job and now there are no more appointments available this month. She also answers the phone unprofessionally with a "Hey." expecting you to know who is calling you from a random number. Don't waste your time with this place.
