Exceptional Doctor!
Dr. Tarro is an amazing doctor that truly listens to your concerns and provides personalized treatment. I have had two major heath issues that I’m not sure how I would have gotten through without him. Even when issues arose that were a bit out of his specialty he worked to get me the help I needed.

One of my favorite doctors
Dr John Tarro diagnosed me with tonsillar cancer in 2013. I have seen him on a regular basis ever since, and my partner now sees him too, and also likes him. He is personable, and funny, and very efficient. He always answers my questions, and is always sympathetic. Along with my primary care doctor, I think he is my favorite doctor.

I was disappointed with the treatment I received from Dr Tarro and his staff. I waited months to see Dr Tarro. The appointment was quick but efficient. He order an ultrasound of my sinuses. He said he would call me with the results. He never did. I had to call multiple times before an assistant shared some of the test findings. At that time, I explained I was having complications. The assistant said I needed to see the Dr. He was totally booked. All she could do was put me on a cancel list. It’s been weeks and I have never heard from them. I subsequently went to a walk-in clinic that said I had an ear infection. To this day, my ear is still not right and my jar aches. It’s been seven weeks since this whole terrible experience began. I was differently in better shape before my first visit. No one from this Dr office will ever know this information because no one has ever called back.

Dr. Tarro is a very kind and considerate Doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patient, and offers advice as needed. This was my first visit to an ENT specialist and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a Doc who truly cares about his patient.

Terrible job on the surgery. Not breathing that much better. Then was charged over $500 for a 10 second scope that I would have never approved if I knew I would be on the hook for $500+. I wish there was a choice for zero stars

Yup! Do this! Took the time and answered all my questions. I haven't had long waits in the waiting room either. Just had surgery by Dr Tarro, all is going well. Not my first ENT but by far the best.
