Dr. Terando is not my PCP or GP. I had a telehealth clinician appointment and I was so happy with the care I received that I had to leave a review. I was at home with strep and needed a work report to turn in to my job and he was so helpful. We discussed my symptoms and he ordered tests for me, gave me advice and the call was efficient. You can tell this man really loves what he does and really cares for people, whether they're one time or lifetime patients.

Dr Terando has been my PCP for many years. He’s always been patient, caring and attentive. If he is unable to see me in person he’s amazing at getting back to me via email and assist me that way if it’s something we’re able to do through email. He’s made my experience at Kaiser so easy. Truly a doctor that cares about patients.

Dr. Terando is such a sweet and caring doctor. He had worked with my family for years and is very knowledgable and thorough. He will answer all of your questions via message or in person. He's so wonderful, that it's not easy to get in to see him! He always takes the time to listen and makes sure he has done everything to help you! He is a blessing!
