Dr. Thropay is an extraordinary physician. He is very patient and answers all my questions, he is the best Dr I’ve ever had, I have never had a dr give me their cell number and call back! He is very caring with his patients, he will call in medications with your preferred pharmacy, then call you back, to make sure you have everything He returns all texts as well. Going through cancer is scary enough, but with Dr Thropay and his staff they make you feel comfortable and that you are family, not a patient. Thank you, Dr. Thropay and staff your the best. I highly recommend Dr. John Thropay. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients. He genuinely empathizes and cares about his patients. He was the first doctor to explain the cancer and extent of the cancer in plain terms that I understood. He explained the treatment options and success outcomes. He recommended the best course of treatment for the best success outcome. He fully described the treatment procedure and possible side effects. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He made a very difficult time for me; easier to manage and make an educated treatment decision. I am very grateful to him. He is always available to answer any questions that I have. His office staff is very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate my appointments around my work schedule.

Please get your treatment elsewhere. The administrative staff have been careless and constantly gave me incorrect and inaccurate information. Scheduling was a nightmare. Dr. Thropay’s lack of careful attention and awareness to my health history and diagnosis has caused me to contact my insurance and ask for a different referral. I am relieved that I will be receiving care elsewhere. As a registered nurse, I can confidently say that the care I received here is below average, disorganized and outright appalling.

I don't recommend Dr. Thropay. His a very nice doctor but his staffs are terrible. It is very hard to get hold of them. Only one person is taking care of your case, if that one is on vacation or out of the office, then no one in the office knows what to do. You have to wait until that person comes back to the office. It is a nightmare
