Dr. Travers has been my family doctor for many years now and I would never consider another family doctor. His down to earth, unhurried, respectful, and attentive nature always makes me feel that I am his only patient. Even more important, his ability to find the root cause of my symptoms and select the correct treatment is the reason is very consistent. I always mention Dr. Travers whenever I am asked if I have a family doctor recommendation.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Travers for 13+ years beginning when I lived in Reading and for the past 9 years I’ve lived in Hershey. Always helpful and thorough, friendly! Highly recommend him but will say it may take some time to get in to see him!

Dr. Travers does not see patients in a timely manner. I have waited up to an hour to see him, although patients are required to come 15 minutes prior to their appointments. He made light of my concerns and had an arrogant manner. Although most of his staff seem friendly and considerate, his nurse Sharon is abrupt and at times rude, when speaking to her on the phone.

Dr. Travers has been my PCP for over a decade. He always takes my input into consideration. He spends as much time with me as he can. It sucks that it takes forever to get an appointment but, that's not his fault. Healthcare is a nightmare these days. I trust this guy.

I love Dr. Travers andhis Office. He takes all the time you need talking and examining you, is always available through my chart, and responds quickly. His office staff does a great job keeping the office running smooth and on time. Best run office I have been to.

Dr Travers and his nurse Marnie are wonderful. I never feel rushed or judged during my visits. He is kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I utilize "My Chart" to communicate concerns and he respond very quickly either through my chart or calling me directly. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Travers as my primary care physician.

My wife and I have been patients at this office for 5 years. We will have to find another Dr. the physicians here are fine. Dr. Vu and Dr. Ravits are both great physicians. The front office staff is deplorable. Getting an appointment is a painful process. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. When they call back an hour or two later, they have a horrible attitude. We've never been late for an appt, but they are constantly threatening you about being late. Need a new office Mgr.

I had two appointments with Dr. Travers. I took the day off from work to go and both times they canceled on me last minute. My last appointment they refused to see me because I wasn't 20 minutes early. They never told me I needed to be there 20 minutes early. My first appointment I had severe ulcers in my throat and they claimed they could not see me. I've had it with this doctor I will not try to make an appointment ever again.

Not very happy can never get an appointment with him. When I need to be seen by him it is always a wait of a few weeks to months. My son had an appointment already & waited a good 25 minutes till he got seen but he was late one time & it was because of weather & then they refused to see him. My husband had 2 appointments cancelled & then had trouble getting in. So over all he does not seem like a doctor who cares for his patients.

Dr Travers is an exceptional Doctor. He has always had my best interest in mind, and has gone above and beyond in assuring that my wellbeing is as maintained. He is extremely patient, able to read non-verbal communication just as well as what is being said. His care for his patients is clear - I never feel rushed, or that my questions go unanswered. Even when I'm in for an illness, he always takes the extra time to see how I'm faring. Dr Travers is certainly one of a kind.
