Absolutely the worst office staff relating to referral appointments you will ever see. You never know who is responsible for the appointment. You can never get an answer through conversation and have to review on MyChart. Even then weeks go by and you don't have a clear understanding of your referral appointment.. Doctor Velky's Nurse will not call you when or if your appointment is scheduled. I would not recommend this office if you know there is a referral Doctor needed..

i have used dr. velky for over 20 years now and i absolutely adore him but his office staff is another thing . the front desk has always been rude & unprofessional and the office manager has no personal skills . i have been able to look past all of that until recently i was told that my husband would not be able to see dr velky since he is a new patient . i was transferred to the office manager , whom i asked to please call me back asap and ignored my message and follow up calls

Dr Velky Has helped me with different problems but the biggest thing is he listens to his patients ! It's very refreshing to have a Dr that truly cares !

dr belly is a good dr.i went to him for 25 yrs. when I needed to see him for breast cancer, I was told I was no longer his patient, since it had been over 3 years I was seen. I took my children more frequently. I can't help I was never sick. They told me to go to a prompt care to be checked for breast cancer. I found another dr that saved my life.

Have been seeing dr. Velky since I was a Kid, nice guy very attentive. However, his staff is terrible. I was treated and talked to like a 5 year old while trying to make appt. Will not be going back.
