Worst experience of my life
I had the worst experience of my life with Doctor Wilcox. The IVF transfer he did on me gave me an infection, which lead to me needing emergency surgery and having sepsis. When I tested positive for an infection, and my pain and infection symptoms did not get any better, (they got worse) after antibiotics that should be the first red flag, but all he did was prescribe me acetaminophen codeine. Even when I went into his office to see what was going on, he forgot who I was and why I was there, even though I had been calling his office almost everyday in extreme pain. I was the one who decided to take myself into the ER, knowing something was off, and once admitted I was found to have sepsis and rushed in for emergency surgery. If I would have listened to him and just taken acetaminophen’s in hopes it would get better, I could have died. When confronted he took zero accountability was very dismissive. Now due to the infection my tubes were destroyed and had to be removed. Do not trust him

Dr. Wilcox is very thorough, even-tempered, honest and incredibly knowledgeable doctor. IVF is a difficult experience and having a doctor who was understanding yet would never sugar-coat the facts was invaluable. On multiple occasions, he would make suggestions that reflected the best possible course for us and weren’t in his financial interest. We’re very grateful to Dr. Wilcox and his team for leading us through IVF and towards a happy graduation at 10 weeks of pregnancy.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Wilcox & his team. He is the best doctor and his nurses are just wonderful! They made a complicated process very simple. Dr. Wilcox is THE ONLY doctor I would go to with my fertility needs. I trust him 100%. He was confident & very precise - the 2 qualities I was looking for in a fertility doctor. As a result I’m having a baby girl next month. Highly recommend Dr Wilcox!

Dr. Wilcox and his team are incredible and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him and HRC as a whole. From our initial consultation through our successful transfer, we always felt taken care of. Dr. Wilcox is informative and direct with such a calming and reassuring demeanor. He put us at ease and every single time we saw him I left the appointment telling my husband how much I like Dr. Wilcox and how I knew we were in good hands. Nanette and Cynthia were our main nurses and are absolutely wonderful. They were available any time I had a question and responded quickly every time I reached out. Needless to say, when we graduated a few weeks ago, I cried! Although we are SO happy to be moving along in our pregnancy, we are going to miss the team at HRC, making saying goodbye VERY bittersweet. We will ABSOLUTELY be back when we are ready for our next baby and would recommend Team Wilcox to anyone and everyone struggling with fertility issues.
