Excellent physician
Dr Wilkerson is an excellent physician. I have been his patient since he first began practice in the northern Chicago suburbs. I credit Dr Wilkerson for providing the needed push to end a 20 year pack a day smoking habit and also for encouraging me to have annual prostrate exams. Both of those actions saved my life! His office staff is excellent and appointments nearly always run on schedule. I very highly recommend him! He also is a geriatric patient specialist.

Wonderful Doctor
Dr. Wilkerson has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is kind, caring and I never feel rushed talking to him. He is always on top of results from any test I have taken and has good follow up advice on what else needs to be done for my health. I highly recommend him and his office.

Excellent doctor.
He has been my doctor for over 36 years! Anytime I had an issue that needed to be referred to a specialist he found the problem before he sent me to the right specialist. His referrals were always a good choice for what I needed. He's professional, friendly, caring and a good listener. All good qualities to me for a doctor. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. The staff is also professional, friendly and easy to work with.

Stay away from this doctor
Please read carefully. I do NOT recommend this medical doctor to anybody. His services were grossly misrepresented, which resulted in inaccurate test results and subsequent diagnosis. I was subjected to mental agony as a direct result of his medical incompetence and uncompassionate character.

Dr. Wilkerson has been my PCP for many years. I consistently find him to be patient, thorough, concerned and he does an excellent job of explaining conditions and reasons for medications. His nursing and office staff are also pleasant and efficient. Excellent all around- I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Wilkerson has been my doctor for 20 years. My philosophy is when I find a good thing,I stick with it. That is why I have been a patient for all those years. His office personnel are very helpful. He is very professional and his diagnosis are correct. I have never felt like he is in a hurry. He spends quality time and answers all my questions. He has recommended different quality specialist for my health care. I have and will always recommend him to people looking for a doctor that cares.

I wouldn't recommend him. All he cares about is the next appointment. Waited 50 mins just to see him for 2 minutes and repeats our last appointment in couple of sentences. Didn't send out the prescription from previous meeting. Now send out the prescription which cost $450.00, had bad reaction and discontinue after 2 days. No explanation on side effects, how to manage them. No even a simple apology for the 50 minutes wait. Don't waste your time with him.

Always gave way too simple of an answer and never took time with me and my concerns. Always seemed in a rush to get me out of the office with a clean bill of health eventhough I felt something wrong.

Did not address my needs. Made assumptions without all the facts. Had to see him since the previous Dr was gone and refused to approve my refill from the prior Dr. which put me in a very bad position. No compassion for the situation or for me as a patient.
