rude, seemed clueless
He acted annoyed/frustrated the whole session and never explained why. I honestly feel that I as the younger patient exercised more emotional control and maturity than he did during the session. If you don't know how to help a patient that doesn't mean you have to take your frustration out on them!

John Zulueta has some great listening ears. He has a high grade streak but his gloves and running to make his clients' appointments is too sensational for a professional.

not a very good therapist when it deals with psychological trauma, i had to change my therapist after he cancelled a few times and also made some inappropriate remarks. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Zulueta.

"I'm sorry but time is up." I cannot count the number of times he said that in his deadpan voice after unpacking your emotional trauma. John seriously needs to work on his empathy, or at least some sensitivity.
