Dr. Johnson Moon, MD

Dr Moon is great, very professional with big heart for patient. He spends his time with me to make sure he answered my questions. However, the problem is the receptionist, Lorita. She is very very unfriendly and rude. When you asked her for bathroom key, she pointed the direction with her chin and there are no eye contact nor attention to customers. It is very sad that one of the best doctor, Dr Moon's review is poor due to staff at the reception desk.

I have had very positive results from Dr. Moon. I trust him; he is knowledgeable and communicates well. He clearly cares for his patients and profession. The office staff have always been very nice, but not 100% on-the-ball or responsive. That is an area for improvement.

Dr. Moon is a very pleasant doctor and I don’t have any complaints.But the girls at the front desk are very rude especially that GLADYS R. I paid my co payment with 2 different visits since I had a THV few wks ago. I was asking my receipts and she only gave me 1 and I ask her where’s the other receipt? She kept on telling me that I gave it to you and I told her this is only $20.00 where’s the other $20.00 receipt? And the answer was the same with a very rude and disrespectful answer and found out that the receipt was still in the machine and never she say sorry. I hope the manager will take action.

Doctor Moon is great, however stay away from this office. The office staff is horrible and can care less about the patients. My mom needed a DMV form completed and they were time sensitive. The Doctor assured us they would be done on time. The office assistant said it would be done in 2 days. A week later they were not done with no completion date. On top of that, she paid $75.00 to complete a check box form. As a result we will miss the deadline and now have to deal with the DMV.

Never got to see Dr.Moon as his staff is completely incompetent and rude. We made an appt over the phone and when we got there, the staffer said there was no appt very rudely. We have up arguing with her. Several months later our PCP gives another referral to this same place. We called to make an appt and they say, "I see you in our system already. You cancelled last time." We asked our PCP for another referral. Don't waste your time .
