Payne is very stoic and doesn't seem to have compassion for the patient. I will be changing PCPs. I prefer a more compassionate bedside manner.

My test result was negative and then I was dismissed. Instead of trying to figure out why or what the symptoms were. I am seldomly in the office less than once a year. I was very surprised I was not helped.

I am just another number to this practice. Get me seen ans on the way. Dr. Payne had a slightly better bedside manner on this visit, with saying he was concerned that the redness on my neck had not gone away with the previous antibiotic, and prescribed another. No explanation or follow up with any other doctors for my unusual condition m.
