Still Very Rude
Dr Carlson was rude and condescending, not taking time to listen to my symptoms. He uses trite phrases that demean patients and does not have a friendly bedside manner. While I wasn’t sure if my 2 week old respiratory infection could be improved with an antibiotic, I felt that I was a fool for asking his medical advice. Which he spent all of the time explaining. To me, I feel Dr Carlson needs sensitivity training, especially in today’s difficult climate of misinformation.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star - rude, condescending, no bedside manner. Brought my son in for severe abdominal pain; MD came in with his arms crossed talking down to me for asking questions and tried to get up and leave after every sentence. DO NOT recommend. He should not be in urgent care - no compassion and no consideration.

Rude and Condescending
I would 100% not reccomend. The rude, condescending, unprofessional behavior was not at all helpful and made us feel like bad parents for bringing our son in to urgent for a rapidly spreading full body rash.

Dr. Carlson was our family doctor for 16 years, until we moved out of the area. He was our children's doctor since birth. He is a doctor who cares for his patients. When my son had difficultly digesting formula and had to go on an expensive option, Dr. Carlson connect with the company and a months of free formula was sent to my home. When my teenage daughter was having behavior problem, he took the time to talk to her and encourage her to make better decisions. He is an amazing doctor who cares!
