Office visit
My visit at Dr. Goodnight office was very enjoyable. From the time I stepped into the office until I left, everyone I came in contact with were very attentive, friendly, and kind. They listened to what I shared with them and didn’t make me feel rushed. They really made me feel like a valued customer.

very unprofessional
From the second he walked in he was dismissive. He didn’t even let me explain why I was referred over. Moved my arm in position that made me cry then stood up and said i guess i’ll relook at your x-rays only to walk in hall and speak about me to the staff. Said he wasn’t doing anything for me and not giving me any prescriptions. I never even asked for one. Came back in told me nothing was broken and he couldn’t magically fix me. Didn’t offer any advice on how to manage pain, what to do if I continued to not be able to bend, no future therapy or any thing. Told me when you’re in a car wreck that’s what happens you get banged up. Absolutely worst person I have ever met

Documented inaccurate symptoms, my opinion was irr
He wasn’t survey I was referred, he had not reviewed my chart. He had not looked over my testing. Stated the nerve conduction test did not give him enough evidence for surgery and was not concerned with the increasing numbness in my fingers. Then did not document the numbness. However documented that my complaint was pain. I do not have pain in my left hand.

Knee pain shot.
Dr. Jon Marc Goodnight is a great doctor who will shoot straight with you about your problem and what he believes is the best plan for you. He listened to my problem and told me what was causing the pain and that a shot in the knee was the best way to give me some relief. He did not recommend surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Goodnight.

I like how he was up front about everything.
Dr. Goodnight told me that I had to have surgery. He was up front about everything as far as the steps that were going to go through. He didn't hide the fact that I was in for a lot of pain but he would do everything he could to get my arm back to normal. I never believe doctors when they say certain things to me but Dr. Goodnight was brutally honest about the commitment he is willing to do if I would meet him half way. Most doctors don't give a tenth of the commitment. His bedside manner is very matter of fact towards everything.

I had two knee replacements, one year apart. Both knees were bone on bone so I was in a great deal of pain for some time before surgery. Each surgery went very well. Dr. Goodnight was very thorough at explaining what was needed, what my progress was, what to expect. My questions were always answered. He did an excellent job and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again if I were to need further surgery. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

I have had a total left knee replacement by Dr. Jon Marc Goodnight within the last 12 days. I am very happy with the results of the replacement as well as working with Dr. Goodnight. He is straight forward with his explanations, informative about procedures and treatments, and cordial when talking with me and my wife. I recommend him highly.

Ohh it lasted 3 minutes. He barely wanted to touch me. He didn’t care about my pain. If I’m at an 8 on the pain scale, wouldn’t you offer to do SOMETHING?!?!? Rehab suggestions?? Cortisone shot???? Limitation suggestions???? Horrible experience. Cold hearted human.

Excellent doctor! Dr. Goodnight did double knee replacements for me, and both were successful and have lasted! I was suffering, unable to walk without bone-on-bone pain. Both times I was back at work far faster than many others. Surgery isn’t easy, but far better than the alternative.

In and out...no need to worry about being here a long time. Office visits less than 5 minutes! Nice! Not when you feel like --hey wait, I had some questions--and --wait, didn't I just sit down?--. Felt like coming here was a waste of time and need to go somewhere else to someone who will actually listen to me and recommend something that will relieve the discomfort. I think the doc has moved into...it's a job, is the day over yet?. Hope he finds his passion again...for his and his patients sake.

He is nice enough. However, the time spent with his patients are very brief. As a patient, I wasn't asked if there were any questions, any other concerns. Suggestions for how to improve my situation were vague. There was no advice or demonstration on what exercises would help with the discomfort. Thus, nice or not, I will not utilize him in the future. Staff was decently nice enough. The roomer will run off and leave you. Reminder to maybe slow down is suggested. Make the patient feel important.

I felt like the Dr was stuck on my weight. Yes I am overweight but that is not what is causing my knee pain. I have been told by my PCP that I may have torn a tendon from a fall. All Dr Goodnight did was walk in the room, bend my leg backward then forward and then said its all because of my weight. He didnt even try to see if something else may be wrong.
