Dr. Hillyer exceptional in helping manage pain.
Dr Hillyer has helped me with my pain for over 30 years, since a terrible fall. He knew what I needed did diagnostic testing to see exactly what nerves were involved and what procedure would benefit me. He has always been a professional never inappropriate. Very compassionate kind understanding never rushing through the appointment until he has answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and his practice.

The new patient coordinator sucks. I waited 3 weeks after my referral was sent (twice) for a phone call and then left 3 messages on Jasmines voicemail (Monday,Wednesday,Friday) asking for an appointment and still no call back. I had been told my condition needed to be treated right away or it would probably get worse. At this point my husband got upset and left a message stating I needed an appointment and he used the “L” word. (Lawyer). They used that as an excuse for not seeing me. WHATEVER!

Dr. Hillyer, left me in PAIN & SUFFERING! Did not listen to me, my injuries or pain issues despite telling the nurse. Had been a client with PA at PPC for 2 plus years. Seems once they milk insurance, Lab costs (special interest lab$$) your care pain and suffering mean nothing. Medical morals, ethics and patient needs are not his priority. Also, they treat you like a criminal!

I've had a couple sets of injections in my lower back to help with sciatica pain. Dr. Hillyer is always thorough & uses technology to ensure an accurate injection. Unlike a couple comments I've read on here I found Dr. Hillyer to be quite friendly & represented himself with good "bedside manor".

This doctor is not very nice! He is rude and inappropriate! Lacks the ability to establish a Dr./Pt. Rapport and lack sills as compassion and or empathy!

Dr. Hillyer simply lacks empathy, he is a narcissist, lacks caring and understanding. Many of his own employees are afraid to discuss him.

if you are in pain and you are currently using medical marijana with your pain meds, this doctor will refuse you. his refusal will not be face to face, but behind your back to your primary care. then not knowing this I made an appt to see him the next month. then he told me he had referred me back to my primary care... I explained that he does not do opioids for chronic pain then Dr Hilyer stated to me in a very cold voice 'I don't prescribe for marijuana users - medical or otherwise.' JACKASS!
