His pre op meeting with me left me with a feeling of total trust.

I am a nurse and have worked with people my entire life. I have always treated patients with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status. We take an oath to do no harm, always advocating and helping those who are acutely ill or chronically ill. My experience with this office staff was disappointing and a disgrace to all those in healthcare. Their demeanor changed when told he was a medicaid patient. The women were caddy, sarcastic, and nasty. I hope anyone who calls this office has a better experience than we did. You don’t know what patients are going through and every person deserves our best. Shame on your office staff.We have no desire to be seen at this office after the way my son was treated.

Dr. Arnholt has been taking care of me for the past year. He does my injections for chronic headaches and also did surgery on both eyes for ptosis. He is Excellent and the surgery was a major success. I am so grateful to have him and his staff treat my issues. They are always looking out for my best interest and I couldn't recommend a more Proficient Surgeon . Thank You Dr. A.

I was referred to Dr Arnhold by my PCP after having a persistent sore throat for more than 2 weeks. The PCP noticed 2 lesions in my throat and wanted to have them looked at by an ENT. Although such lesions are a fairly rare occurrence, Dr. Arnholt easily identified them with a quick visual examination. He was honest, friendly, and he didn't push me into getting a procedure I don't really need (low-risk removal of the lesions). The lesions are thankfully benign. Upon hearing that I would be paying for the visit out of pocket and, given that my sore throat had subsided that morning, Dr. Arnholt was kind enough to waive any charges for the visit.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Arnholt is awesome! Bedside manner is great, and he is extremely knowledgeable, and explains things in a way the patient can clearly understand. He walked through my entire scope and CT scan with me. Very nice, new office in Briargate as well!
