Mr. Calum Kendall, very good very nice.
The overall experience was very pleasant and was a smooth ride from the diagnostic to the surgery and recovery. Dr. Jonathan Frankel is very nice and explained how the procedure would be performed and carried out. It was very helpful that he would explain in detail to help me understand and feel comfortable with what was going on. I have never felt better and can breathe out of my nose and not my mouth like a troglodyte. Thank you!

Incredible Experience with Dr. Frankel and Team
My experience was a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best. Dr. Frankel and his team have improved my breathing dramatically and thus my overall quality of life. Dr. Frankel and his team, in particular Sarah, are extremely competent, knowledgeable, responsive and caring. My experience has been off the charts positive! Thank you!

Excellent bedside manner!!
Very patient and thorough during consultation. I never felt rushed and never felt pressured to do any treatments. Talked about pros and cons of different options, but also was very honest in his assessments . Really enjoyed his demeanor.

I would recommend Dr. Frankel to anyone for ENT
Overall am exceedingly please with how attentive and caring Dr Frankel was throughout the entire process from start to finish. He not only met my needs of being able to breathe but was able to provide me with an amazing cosmetic change as well that looks natural and flawless. His team was great to work with and always available if ever needed.

Turning back the clock and becoming a better me.
Dr. Frankel focused on enhancing and improving my image rather than changing it. We talked about what to do if I wasn't happy with the outcome. I will admit that I was anxious about the potential scarring after researching procedures online before my surgery and during the first few days of my healing process. However, my doctor had prepared me for what to expect, which helped tremendously as I recovered. Fortunately, I experienced no pain during the surgery. If I had any questions or concerns, he constantly encouraged me to give him a call. I am extremely pleased with the results. This has boosted my self-confidence significantly.

Dr. Frankel and staff were excellent!
Surgery went extremely well and recovery time was as described. Preparation and follow up calls were very helpful in being able to ask questions when needed. Staff and Dr. Frankel were extremely knowledgeable in preparing for surgery explaining everything along the way.
