Very thorough
I went in for dizziness. Ended up being a LOT more. He was very informative and kind. He explained everything in great detail. He called outside consultation to get advice. He stayed hours past his time to go home to check my tests. I appreciated the effort.

I visited the ER due to bleeding outside of my period. I was passing golf ball sized clots every hour. Even on my normal cycle that is a lot so I got scared after two days of this. He seemed much more concerned as to how many partners I had outside of my marriage or if we had just finished having rough sex. He took some blood, spoke down do me about not wanting to be swabbed for STI’s during my 4 second “pelvic exam” where he shined a light and said everything looked great. Still bleeding. Still no answers. Won’t go back.

Dr. Hanowell took excellent care of my husband. He was open to ideas and had a great sense of humor. I appreciate what he did.

Dr Hanowell treated my daughter in the ER. She is an athlete at the college in Twin Falls. She went to the ER in terrible pain, He did not want to listen to her symptoms, because he was certain she was pregnant, or was a drug abuser, neither of which are true. He was rude, and condescending. Maybe he was having a bad night, everyone does. I drove from Utah to Twin Falls to bring her home to have surgery. She had a legitimate illness, he didn’t seem to care. He refused to give a copy of med rec.
