Marfans Syndrome Vascular Surgery
I was 32yrs old and Dr. Hill saved my life. I meet him after the Emergency Aortic Arch and Aortic Valve replacement in 2002. I was on Vacation in Vancouver Washington from Texas. I walked myself into Southwest Washington Hospitsl ER. After a few test's I was immediately sedated and couldn't be flown to an Oregon Hospital. Thats when Dr. Hill was called to come over to Southwest Washington Hospital to perform Surgery. The Team of Dr.s didn't know how to fix me and had to Brainstorm. After about 12hrs we went to surgery. My family was told I had 25percent chance to make it. I Thank the Lord and my team of Dr's. For saving my life. He explained everything to me at my follow up appointment. Incredibly kind, caring and a Super Star in his field. Im 54 now and have had 2 more Aortic surgeries. I would not hesitate to have my next surgery by Dr. Hill!
