Worst Dr that I've ever been to. I needed a PCP because I hadn't been to a Dr in years, tried Dr Lam. I needed a full annual exam. He talked me into a tetanus shot & a shingles vaccine. Gave me those, told me to come back in 6mos for the 2nd Shingles vaccine (which is supposed to be 6-8 wks).Told me he would refer me for 5 different things.Told me to go inside the building to a place to get bloodwork done. He didn't check anything other than my basic vitals. I was with him all of 15 mins. Did bloodwork at a lab. A week later, I got no referrals. 2 weeks later, I call again, left a message that no one called me back about referrals OR my bloodwork. No response at all. Lab bill was normal. He billed me $594- for almost nothing. Never went over my bloodwork with me- NADA!

I like Dr. Lam and I think he is a good doctor. I do not like his staff because they will never return calls or address problems when you leave them voice mail. And you MUST leave voicemail because they NEVER come to the phone when you call.

Excellent care always, from an excellent doctor. He has been my primary care physician for 25 years and I trust him implicitly.
