I feel he dropped the ball on me. Still the pain lives on. No relief at all and it’s been since the 29 th of April. I disappointed myself choosing a bad choice. If you are feeling pain let him know I am.

I have seen the NP Francis and love her, very short wait times. I will say the office staff is a different story. I have called for 2 days about my insurance and my bill still waiting for a return call. This is the first time I have ever been sent a Dr. bill by text message. I will probably have to drive to the office to get an answer since they never call you back. 4 stars only because of the office help.

I would not recommend Dr. Liu. After countless office visits to have hand surgery, I still have not had the surgery. The office staff is incompetent and unwilling to help navigate insurance. When I mentioned this to the Dr. , he got very defensive. Finally found a competent surgeon and it wasn't Dr. Liu!

I would highly recommend Dr Lui and his NP to others. My wait time for both appointments was 15 -30 minutes. Their reception staff was helpful and friendly. The office atmosphere is welcoming.
Dr Lui was clear in explaining why I’m having problems with my hand. He explained using a hand model. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me even though waiting room was full.
The second appointment was with the NP and she was top notch as well. Helpful, knowlegible, and we have a game plan set

I would highly recommend Dr Lou and his NP. They and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their diagnosis and treatment were fast, accurate, and successful. I appreciate his ongoing help with my hand difficulties and his attempt to avoid surgery unless absolutely necessary. The negative reviews I’ve read here do not reflect any aspect of my experiences with the doctor or his staff.

Being an experienced RN, I tend to have/hold providers to a higher level. Both Dr Liu and NP Francis have been very good at reviewing imaging, nerve tests and discussing POC. Staff is super prompt and courteous to a fault... When conservative POC is no longer effective, I will definitely have Dr Liu do the operative honors.
I would certainly recommend Dr Liu for any upper extremity care.

Would not recommend this dr to my worst enemy. He has the worst attitude I’ve every seen. I went in to have something removed and it’s still in my hand. Then sent me to two rounds of hand therapy waisted my time and theirs. Think twice before going to him.

I’m sure Dr Liu is great but the staff is not , not at all they are in desperate need of training on people skills! Appointment desk staff says “We can’t see you ... I don’t know why we just can’t!”
Rude, unprofessional and huge lack of compassion for people.

Doctor Liu performed a full open transverse carpal tunnel release on my hand it was going completely dead at night one of the best surgeons I have ever seen one of the best procedures and best people I have ever been around as far as anesthesiologist and our ends getting me prep for surgery he always puts emergency Patients First and if you need hand surgery and you go to somebody else well you're not very smart . From the discharge nurse to the anesthesiologist best surgeon I've ever seen

Very good hand surgeon! Cut 7 tendons and alot more in a accident. Saved my hand and life, year later got most moment back. Still getting better everyday

My surgery came out fine. Dr Liu's staff was another matter. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. From canceling coverage with my insurance halfway thru my surgerys to trying to get ahold of billing but only could reach their fax machine, I would never go back to this doctor again.

My son broke his thumb playing football. He was referred to Dr Liu who put three pens and then later remove them. Now my son is able to continue playing football without any problems. I would definitely recommend Dr Liu he is great at what he do.

Dr Liu is treating my mom at Kaweah Delta. He has performed several surgeries in the last two weeks. This guy blows in like the wind and you never know when he's coming but when he is there, you can tell he cares. He has done everything in his power to save my moms thumb. I'm very impressed with Dr. Liu. Visalia is lucky to have him!
