I’m more than satisfied with my care.
Dr Mann has been both eager to help, extremely convenient. He takes into consideration what I tell him and has been receptive to my suggestions. He is also young and should be around for quite a while and continuation of care is important to me.

It was a difficult process finding a doctor after moving to the area. Dr Mann came recommended by a neighbor and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found a practice that’s so helpful in establishing and treating new patients. Im pleased with Dr.Mann and the entire staff. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Mann has been my primary care Dr for over 10 years and I absolutely would not change for any reason. He has always shown care and concern even during the times when I was needing help with depression and work related issues. Medically he has provided me with sound advice and been proactive in treating me for several medical issues.

Not reccomended
Overall, not a nice person. Maybe he is book smart. He talked down to me, and he was insulting, then spent 15 minutes typing into laptop while totally ignoring me, then changed his mind about a prescription he was going to give me a 30 day trial for. When I picked up my records a couple years later, (prior to MyChart) I noticed several inaccurate (in my opinion just lies) records he reported. He could have helped me with a simple referral, I asked for specific help, he refused and instead suggested drastic surgery . Thank goodness I now have a Dr. who did listen and did help! His office canceled an appointment with no follow up. The Fort Norfolk office staff was nice. Avoid, Not recommended unless you just need a cortisone injection, he does give excellent injections.

Dr. Mann is ill-equipped to deal with mental health issues. He says nothing, does not recommend medicine nor counseling. It feels like he does not believe the patient. During this unprecedented difficult time with Covid, doctors must be more attuned to their patient's mental health.

I wouldn’t recommend this horrible Doctor to anyone. After reading all the reviews I came to the conclusion that he has no bedside manner when treating women that is why the 1 star treatment but has a shred of bed side manner when treating men that is why the 5 star treatment. He needs to find another profession because he doesn’t let the patients talk or ask how are they feeling. Guess that is gonna hard for him.

Dr. Mann needs to change professions. He clearly has no interest in medicine. Two misdiagnosis, hesitant to take symptoms seriously, resulted in expedited open heart surgery, the rush of which could have been avoided. This guy is a discredit to the profession.

Dr Mann, has very low affect, I won’t say he doesn’t care, but he did not demonstrate true interest in my mother ‘s care . Bedside manner is poor. You really have to help him help you. We are finding another dr.

Dr. Mann in an impersonal robot. No sense of bedside manner. No sense of humor. He forgets important information about you from visit to visit. You have to tell him the same information over and over again.

No "bedside manner." No sense of humor. Rarely smiles. Made an unrelated personal judgment in a request for authorization from insurance company.

He may be the most dead pan worst Doctor I've ever had and I've had a lot. Zero bedside manor, doesn't care about you as a patient, will just give up on something if a medication isn't working.
