Dismissive and inconsiderate.
Dr. Moravek encouraged me to 'lose the mask' at my last appointment. This was after sharing my concerns about long Covid and avoiding further exposure. He was also recovering from illness my last two appointments and only masks when I have asked. The eight treatments he had me try only made my migraines worse. He is not personable and hardly tailors a plan to fit specific health concerns.

There are some honest medical practitioners, thank God for that. But, you are not one of them. You should be ashamed of yourself that you are not one of them. You are in this for a profit, you lied to me about my diagnosis.

I brought up my concerns with his assessment, which he immediately dismisssed. He other didn’t understand what I was trying to tell him, or lied to me to allow for a simpler diagnosis. These concerns were validated by several second opinions. Would be ok possibly If you already know what’s going on and just need medication management, but not a physician who is willing to put the time in to think about a diagnosis. He set my treatment back several months.

I have been to probably 50 doctors and none of them could figure out what was going on with me or help me. Dr. Moravek figured it out and has helped me finally get some relief. He wants to work as a team with you, not just telling you what needs to be done. He listens and takes as much time as you need. I love it that he ask my thoughts. He has a good bed side manner and has compassion for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist no matter their age or issue.
