I was referred to Dr. Pargament by my retiring doctor for 20 years. I thought he was a thorough, caring doctor and hated to see him go. My first 2 appointments with Dr. Pargament were very reassuring and he treated me as if he had some prior knowledge of my complex eye conditions. I found him to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. I would readily recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who specializes in ocular plastic intervention.

I was quite pleased with my eye surgery as the office and Doctor were outstanding!!

Dr. Pargament had to do some rather drastic work on my eyelid, but I am very pleased with both the functionality and the appearance of the results.

The Dr. has a very good manner and I was very comfortable during the initial interview and during the surgery itself. The staff was accommodating and professional. The was very little pain during recovery. I am still awaiting the final results as I had the surgery only 5 days ago. It is very promising. Thanks for the service.

I have been a patient of Dr Pargament for over a year. During this time he has numerous different procedures to fix my problem. I have the fullest confidence in anything he might try. His positive approach has put me at ease. In a nutshell I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pargament is wonderful! He is knowledgeable about my diagnosis and very sensitive to my issues having to deal with it. He listens, he cares and is available to me when I need him. I know I’m in good hands.

I would highly Dr. Pargament, did a great job. However, the surgery center was a different story. I arrived at 9:20 am for a 9:30 surgery. was in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken in to get ready for surgery (several people arrived after me and went in before me). I was already for surgery at 10:30 am. That was the last I saw of a nurse until my surgery at about 12:30 pm. They had no waiting room? ,so the whole time my driver was in the car or walking around outside and was never contacted as to the wait (They had his cell phone number). Surgery took 30 minutes. He called about 1:00pm and they said I was just coming out of surgery. In all I left my house at 8:15 am (Live on Darke/Miami county line) and finally arrived back home around 3:00 pm for a 30 minute surgery. Not having surgery there again

I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr Pargament was very professional and took time to explain everything I needed to know. I am so glad to have found such a good Dr. and the staff was also very nice.
