Doesn’t have staff support
Dr Parrack is very kind and takes time with you but his staff is difficult and hard to work with. Not helpful therefore not worth going to Dr Parrack.

He is the best.
Dr. Parrack literally saved my life. My physical condition had gradually deteriorated due to pancreatic insufficiency but had not been properly diagnosed until Dr. Parrack diligently ordered and reviewed test after test to determine the problem. And now that I am on the proper medication for my condition, I have been able to resume running-over 5 miles-which for a woman in her 70’s is no small feat. I give him full credit.

This response concerns YRMC Phycisian Care GI since I was sent to Dr Parrack by my gp a month ago (or more) and I still haven't received a response from these rude and, from my observations, incompetent group of people. I YRMC GI three weeks ago after having filled out all my paperwork to see the doctor for a severe stomach problem. After retreated calls and assurances, I still haven't heard back. It's outrageous and I would urge all to stay anyway from YRMC groups in general (from my exp).
