Had alar base (nostril) reduction and cannot express enough how happy I am with the result. Dr. Pontell is a true artist and can see what suits your face. My nose finally looks like it fits. I love it. Such a quick, easy process for a huge improvement.

I had recent rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr. Pontell. From the initial consultation to the final post op visit, I was extremely pleased. Rhinoplasty. Dr. Pontell's office was phenomenal. He was very thorough, as was his staff. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend him for sure but he does always seem hurried. His staff is great but the schedule was almost always wrong when reminders are sent. I had to call in several times to see if I should come in at the different time I was sent or the one I actually scheduled. For me it wasn’t that big a deal but for people with children or employment it would be a inconvenience.

Dr. Pontell performed my rhinoplasty in 2018 and I was thrilled with the results. However, my very loving but rambunctious 8 yr old son broke my nose while I was kissing his head a year after the surgery. The break resulted in several noticeable dents on the bridge of my nose. I consulted with Dr. Pontell and we decided to try filler to help restore the look from the surgery. I could not be more happy results! I have my beautifully sculpted nose back thanks again to Dr. Pontell!
