Rude, condescending, and dismissive
Telehealth
My 14 year old son had a consult with Dr. Strober. During the video visit Dr. Strober was rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the call. Eventually I told Dr. Strober that I felt he was being rude and dismissive. His response was to be MORE rude and dismissive. He did not try to reset or connect. I cannot understand why someone — in a pediatric discipline, no less— would approach their patients in this manner. Avoid him if you value a kind and curious bedside manner.
