Dr Von Koenig and all the staff.

Dr Van Koenig always takes his time to make sure I'm getting all the help I need to live a more normal life. He goes out of his way to suggest different techniques on how to deal with stress and anxiety. He is truly compassionate and caring. Everyone there at Palliative does a great job and they are all on the same page when it comes to helping the patient to be as comfortable as possible. I've never experienced such a devoted, professional and caring team in any business I have ever dealt with. I'm really just amazed at what a great group of people you have employed there at Palliative. 10 stars across the board in every area.

Yes, I do. The entire staff is trained in an excellent manners, exceptional bedside manner, and most importantly, the professionals in this office should have new hires for a week with the palliative care staff. I feel privileged to have the ongoing , professional, and a well educated staff, that has already improved my side effects of my meds, to where I feel much better, particularly confident that I will receive the finest treatment the doctor, social workers, and especially the nurses, who are not only very talented regarding vena-puncture, and the general relaxed feeling conveyed to me, as it is one of the finest doctor I have met. I'm of the opinion that new hires, such as unit secretaries, should spend a week with your staff, to insure im informed , good or bad, and most importantly im comfortable in the office, which will ultimately improve my health. All of the members of Dr's staff, were polite, informative, and VERY thorough. I would recommend this Dr's service, and in my opinion, his and Dr Parsa's staff are the best I've seen. It is a pleasure to encounter a positive, helpful person, when you feel so horrific. Please convey my thanks. I will probably be there awhile.

Every one at palliative care not just doctors or nurses social worker the whole staff is more than i could ask for they all are so supportive i would never want to go anywhere else i drive 2 hours to see them wouldn't change it

We really love the excellent support we receive from the Palliative Care Center in general. Dr. von Koenig, just like the nurses, social workers, the other physicians and staff, is a wonderful compassionate person, and we always feel well taken care of during our encounters with the Palliative Care Center. As a patient and caregiver dealing with cancer and the aftermath of cancer treatments, we couldn't imagine a better team to work with!
