He went off incorrect info instead of checking them, off this instead of using these the things he had to tell me in a nice way I found him insulting at best. The use of him as a resource was of no use, I never had headaches, never had a sleep apnea machine and never believed I had seizures. leg injuries /can't walk/ they can't replace knee/ Doctor stopped phys therapy / not lazy over eater. previous doctors had wrong notes in files and he went by those instead of finding out the facts!
