Ashton is a great family doctor!

I love my Dr. Ashton. She is very thorough and listens to me if it have ideas about my health care needs.

Dr. Ashton was thorough and discussed all my concerns & shared hers.

Dr Ashton is a very good listener and really looks at the big picture of my life and medical history when proposing treatments for issues.

I left my appointment feeling like I was viewed as a criminal. I went through my history of conditions and medications that I have been taking for years (since they never followed up to get my records) and she immediately didn't trust my previous diagnosis from other doctors and questioned the medication I had been prescribed for years and mandated a drug screening which then added more cost to my preventive appointment. My preventive annual ended up being over $400 since all things she recommended don't fall under the preventive free annual visit. Poor communication as to what she was mandating and how that would affect my bill and I don't trust her or her team. Have switched right after the appointment and luckily have new insurance that takes me out of her group effective January 1st.

Staff is very rude and inept Hard to take care of a family member when the staff act as if you are putting them out with any interaction. I am in the medical field and we would NEVER treat a pt as your clinic does It becomes the family’s issue that the office can not properly keep their EHR current We have had to send the same piece of paperwork 3 times now because they cannot find it stating “it is not where we usually look for it” Who’s responsibility is that? Maybe you need to step up your game and Dr Ashton I believe you need to be aware of how your staff treats YOUR patients.

I can honestly say that i will never go back there again. I waited over 2 weeks to get some papers taken care of that i needed for work. Now because its been over a month that i have received any money, about to loose my car. Not a fan of urgency, and wouldn't recommend .
