Brilliant and Professional
Dr Genut took care of my daughters leg amputation and all he did was remarkable. He checked on my daughter daily, stayed on top of everything, neatest stitching I ever saw. Much more a professional than the first amputee doctor, who did a sloppy job, used staples, never once check up on my daughters progress. Allowed her to become gangrenous. She was the worst Dr. we have ever dealt with. Thank god for Dr Genut to rectify the problem.

This guy got very creative in my dear (late) husband's medical records. He stated that he had two "prolonged" meetings with me to let me know that my husband would never walk again. No you didn't. There wasn't even one short meeting let alone two prolonged ones. I remember you as someone who seemed very aloof. Remember when the blood splat across the room and onto the wall in the ICU when you lifted a bandaging to one of the Not-Even-Necessary fasciotomy slices you dug on my husband's lower legs? His blood filled my shoes. You looked so stupid and panicky and chased me out of there. Anyway, my husband could have been 64 y/o today. But he died at the age he was there, 57.

Dr. Genut consulted on my wife's extremely rare trauma induced acutely presenting extensive UE DVT. The ER doctor on the case was extremely worried and instructed us to follow up with Genut, but when we called his office, he refused to see us. His recommendation for her care was so-so, only prescribing a DOAC when the best standard of care was surgical removal or catheter directed thrombolysis, which should have been done to reduce her risk of pulmonary embolism. So not only did Genut fail to properly diagnose and treat her rare UE DVT, he refused to see her after for an urgent consult which needs to happen within 10-14 days. Definitely avoid this guy.
