Dr. Jordan Glenn, DO

I had to put a rating on this but if I could, I would rate Dr. Glenn zero!!! Dr. Glenn performed a gall bladder surgery on my husband. We are still dealing with the complications from the surgery 3 years later. During the surgery, Dr. Glenn knicked my husband’s instestine. Because of this, my husband’s abdomen filled up with 2 liters of blood. Dr. Glenn came in and put draining tubes in him. After that, we didn’t see him again. My husband was in the hospital almost the entire year after the surgery. He had numerous draining tubes put in and almost went septic. Finally, after going to another gastrointestinal surgeon, they ended up having to remove 6 inches of his intestine to stop the internal bleeding. Because of this my husband’s lifestyle has changed. He can’t do the same physical activities that he used to. Do your research before choosing this doctor.

Dr. Glenn is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I had been looking for over 6 months trying to determine what I needed to do for my legs as well as I wanted a facility that was not about vanity but about fixing something that I was having issues with. He is a great surgeon as well as very personable. The staff I cannot say more than they are 100 percent the best I have seen. Very confident as well as knowledgable. I never had to wait from the moment my appointments were booked and the time that I was in his office to report for my appointment. What I really liked what the detail and explanation as well as the caring of my concerns as well. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn as well as any of his staff members. Lucky for me in my research I had found a youtube he had provided in an interview and that gave me insight on him a bit as well as the procedures.

Dr Glenn and staff went above and beyond to make every visit and procedure as easy as possible. Answered all questions and followed up to make sure recovery was happening

Dr Glenn took the time to make sure I understood everything. Ran the necessary tests to make sure. I was very pleased he treated my like I mattered. His staff was amazing. At the surgical center all the staff was amazing.

Dr Glenn is able to make you feel comfortable with his knowledge and ability to communicate what the process of the procedure is going to be. He’s able to explain what to expect and give you realistic exceptions for your recovery. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Glenn.

Doctor Glenn was respectful of language barriers and used understandable medical terms when he explained the surgery and the care plan to us, with great patience. Great with communication, before, during and after the surgery, both in the office and hospital. We Highly Recommend Dr.Glenn as your surgeon!! God bless the whole team!

Dr. Glenn took out my son’s gallbladder. We took him to the ER with my son in such extreme pain that he was almost seizing. We made contact with Dr. Glenn asking if there was any way this could be related to the surgery and he emphatically denied. Over the next several days I reached out again to Dr Glenn explaining that I was certain this was a bile leak and I was losing my son. I asked him to get involved and get the proper testing done to diagnose the leak. Dr. Glenn continued to deny any responsibility for any possibility and did not order such tests nor talk to the doctors on my son's case at the time. We found an independent surgeon who agreed it looked like a leak, ran the tests, found a bile duct leak and had it stented, 48 hours later needed to be rushed into expoloratory surgery where they found a second nick of his intestine. Our son was on life support following surgery due to Dr Glenn not taking accountability. He could have prevented by ordering the tests right away.

Dr Glenn is a very good surgeon who takes the time to understand the needs of his patients. You can tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work as a surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Glenn.

Dr. Glenn help me stay at ease. I was a bit nervous about the surgery and thought about calling it off, but Dr Glenn helped me understand that is was no big deal and helped with my reservations about having the surgery. This was my first Major Surgery and I am glad I had a Dr. like Dr. Glenn. From the first visit, the day of the surgery and even the follow-up appointment was a pleasant experience. If, I have any surgeries in the future I would do my best to use Arizona associated surgeons.

Wow! This Dr. Is the most caring, loving caretaker. Made me feel calm when I was feeling so uneasy about getting my gall bladder removed. I would highly recommend Dr.Glenn to all of my friends and family!
