Dr.Gruskay and the staff were courteous, professional and friendly. They attended to me in a timely manner and Dr. Gruskay took time to explain his assessment of my injury and what steps I should take to properly rehab. He patiently listened to my concerns and offered me practical advise and provided medical knowledge that allowed me to leave his office feeling confident that I was in the hands of a very fine doctor.

Highly recommended
Dr. Gruskay has impressed me twice now with his knowledge of my hip issue(s). He has been very honest and informative during both of my visits with him. I am confident knowing that he will be handling my upcoming surgery. I know that I'm going to be in good hands. His staff is also very warm and helpful and have provided me with great communication.

I went to Dr. Gruskay because i had a pain in my left hip for a very long time. He made me go through PT and even get several shots in my hip, nothing worked. Finally, I got an MRI which showed no issues with my hip and he basically gave up, said he couldn't help me and was recommending me to a back specialist. I knew it wasn't my back so that's when I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another orthopedic associated with Yale and the first thing he did was EXAMEN me! This doctor figured out what was wrong with me in the FIRST appointment. Dr Gruskay thinks he knows it all and he does NOT! I wasted at least 6 months being in pain because of this doctor. I DO NOT recommend him or this practice.
