Dr. Kridler went above & beyond to connect with a specialist about a problem prior to our appointment. She set up an appointment for us with the specialist that was much earlier than we could have gotten on our own.

Can I give her 10 stars?
Dr. Kridler is amazing. My son has been seeing her since birth and he’s now 4.5 years old. My daughter is 10 months old and has also been seeing her since birth. Dr. Kridler has always been kind, caring and patient with us. She answers questions thoroughly and in an easy-to-understand way. When we first started seeing her, we had maybe a 10 minute drive. We moved about 3 years ago and now we have a 30 minute drive without traffic. On the way to his last appointment my son said, “I love Dr. Kridler.” She’s that good.

From a caring doctor to a disinterested doctor
The visit that I had as usual Dr. Kridler was running late and as a result she rushed through my visit. She came in the room unprepared for my visit. When I first saw her about 3 years ago you could tell she had looked at my record. I knew she had not because she asked me questions about my child that were already addressed the previous visit. She rushed through the appointment and I felt what she did to my child was inadequate. I have since complained to my insurance carrier. Needless to say I will be finding my children a new doctor and will no longer recommend her to others. It is such a shame that she no longer provides the level of care that she once did.
