Very energetic and friendly!
Dr Lippencott and our nurse were outstanding!! They were both very caring to my son who had a temperature of almost 105, they validated our feelings as parents, they talked TO my son and didn't just ask me the questions. We were still there for quite a while and we were exhausted, but these two made the stay much more pleasant! We were there from 3 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.

On December 30th at 3ish to round 11pm I was in the ER in Roseburg,Oregon. I was assaulted and my ankle was broken i 3 places. Out of everyone i saw he was the only one who got my pain level down. He was very understanding and compassionate about the whole situation he also had a appointment with the orthopedic the next day for me. He was very down to earth. Even made me laugh.
