Not Happy
I have been a patient since April 2023 out of 5 appointments 3 were canceled by them they cancelled me a week ago today and promised I would be rescheduled by Tuesday afternoon a week later won’t answer my calls. No call back and no appointment dr seems nice enough but nice isn’t fixing my veins I can’t recommend them if this is how patients are treated and I’m gathering names of cad surgeons so I can change

I arrived at the facility on my scheduled time, but had to wait for 55 minutes before I was seen by the doctor.I was not very happy about !!

In essence my was in their hands. They have got my health back on track. I'm very thankful for all the procedures and knowledge that had a part in it. Again thank you to the TEAM led by Dr. Sasson.

I waited around 45 minutes to see the doctor. He did not go over my tests at all. I actually wondered if he had looked at my chart very well. He spent ample time with me but I left feeling like I had no idea what my had shown and why I was to wear before I saw him again.

Dr. Sasson was over an hour late for my appointment. I would have preferred to reschedule the appointment than sit there for over an hour.

Too quick a consultation and his only goal appeared to be to have me use his own imaging services no matter how far their location would be.

Great experience. He is very personable. Helpful with all our questions. Wonderful bed side manner. Mom loved him. She was so much better after surgery on Friday that she was home by Sunday afternoon discharged directly from cvicv, something that rarely if ever happens. This doctor is awesome!
