Experience with Dr Jordan Smith was very unsatisfactory. There was not much explanation and guidance from the doctor. The doctor needs much more human experience to show comfort and guidance through knowledge and communication. She definitely has long ways to go.

She did not treat my mom with respect and didn’t even examine my mom. She told her to go back to work the next day but my mom could not walk due to amount of pain she was in. She went to her PCP the next day and the orthopedist and they both said she needed to stay off her feet for a couple of days and not return to work for at least a week. Dr. Jordan Smith is not competent or compassionate with her patients, at least not with my mom’s visit to the ER.
